You’ve GOT to try this. I found these two videos on Youtube and myself and a friend have been trying them out. They’re really good (but very hard work). It’s likely you’ll be pretty sore afterwards unless you’re already really fit (which unfortunately I’m not!). I haven’t been doing them long enough yet but I’m pretty sure they will work if we keep it up!

Rumiana (the woman in the video) suggests that you should do the workout 2-5 times per week and you should start to see results in 2-4 weeks. That’s pretty quick, and if you combined this workout with massage and/or body brushing with a cellulite treatment cream you should be able to get rid of cellulite in no time!
